Just Asun (“we”, “us”) operates this ordering website. This Policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse or place an order, and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, order notes, items ordered.
• Payment data: payment method and references. Card details for Paystack are handled by Paystack - we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: basic device/browser information and cart contents stored in your browser (localStorage).

3. How we use your data

• To create and fulfil your order in our kitchen
• To confirm payment and communicate order status
• To contact you about delivery, pickup, or issues with an order
• To improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Sharing

We share order details with our kitchen team so your meal can be prepared and delivered. Payment providers (for example Paystack) process online payments under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Order and customer records are kept as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Cart data in your browser remains until you clear it.

6. Your choices

You may request access to or correction of the contact details we hold for your orders by contacting us. You can clear your browser cart anytime. Marketing opt-in (if offered later) will always be optional.

7. Security

We use HTTPS where available and keep API keys on the server only. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information in order notes.
