1. About Just Asun

These Terms govern your use of the Just Asun website and online ordering experience. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

Menu items, prices, and availability update as we cook. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment (or when we confirm your bank transfer / WhatsApp request). We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable after checkout; we will notify you and refund or reverse any successful online payment where applicable.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts are shown at checkout. Available payment methods may include Paystack (card / transfer), bank transfer to our published account details, and WhatsApp confirmation.

Online payments are processed by Paystack. Bank transfers must use the exact amount and reference we provide so we can match your payment to the order.

4. Delivery and pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with kitchen volume, traffic, and location. You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and accurate address for delivery orders. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or when you collect a pickup order.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once cooking has started, refunds are at our discretion except where required by law or where we cancel for our own reasons (for example stock failure after payment).

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (including placing fraudulent orders or attempting to disrupt checkout). We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Asun is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
